He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Chu-Chiang Lin; his daughters, Chen Wang (William Kulish) and Hsin Wang (Thomas Li); his grandchildren, Jacqueline Li and Alexander Li; his brother Junichi Ohara; his nieces and nephews, ToGaku, ToKou, Kotaro, Takujiro, Junko and Miako; his parents, Rong-Hua Wang and Jiao-E Chen; and his siblings, Shigemi Kobayashi, Ling-Jia Wang, Xue-Yun Wang, Rui-Yun Wang and Yoshiko Higashihara.
