She was predeceased by : her husband Charles; and her siblings, James Polikowski, Darlene Duncan and Lois Collis. She is survived by : her daughters, Ellen R. Rhynard (Rick A. Sr.) and Eileen A. Churchill (Thomas); her grandchildren, Richard Rhynard Jr., Jennifer Lagman, Lindsey Imhoff, Mathew Churchill and Michael Churchill; and her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Taryn, Zachary, Paisley and Ronan.
