He is survived by: his significant other Sally Fedus; his children, Pamela Dankoff-Jeffries of Belleville, Michigan and Timothy Dankoff (Linda) of Sparks, Nevada; his grandsons, Jay Dankoff (Amanda) and Christopher Dankoff; and his great grandchildren, Sebastian, Lilly, Daya and Robbie.

A memorial gathering was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home (280 S Main St, Plymouth, MI 48170). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
