With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David John Rucinski of Plymouth, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 9, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Rucinski and Winifred Rucinski (Keenan); his brother Donald Rucinski; his parents-in-law, Angus and Mary Torrie; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Torrie.
He is survived by: his wife Sharon (Torrie); his children, Kevin Rucinski (Amanda) of Huntington Woods, MI and Anne Laurain (Ken) of Canton, MI; his grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Susie Rucinski, Jack and Ben Laurain; his sisters, Betsy Burke and Susan Rollins (Larry); his sister-in-law Paulette Rucinski; his nephews, Mark (Stephanie) and Stephen (Jennifer); and his niece Stacey.
