She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Zak and Lillian Zak; and her brother James (Janis Zak). She is survived by: her husband Daniel Lopez; and her siblings, Rosemary Callahan (Dan), Rick Zak (Vinnie Enriquez), Jerry Zak (Kathy) and Liz Christopher (Jim).
