He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hayes; his children, Dwayne Hayes (Jessica Bomarito), Steve Hayes (Karen) and Deborah Hayes; his grandchildren, Rebekah (Zach), Steven, Micah (Irene), Logan and Savannah; and his sister Evelyn Stukenholtz. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
