He was predeceased by : his parents, Helen (Lowell Hole) and Richard; and his sons, Douglas and David. He is survived by : his children, Jon Hole (Sharon), Nancy Crockett (Ed), Michael Hole and Jeffrey Hole (Heidi); and his grandsons, Jonathan, Jeffrey and Joshua.
