He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Lisa; his children, Nathan Halbert, Elise Halbert and Haley Halbert; his grandchildren, Leah, Alexis, Isabella and Christian; his mother-in-law Patricia Cianciarulo; and his brother Craig Halbert (Linda). He was also cherished by many loving nieces, nephews, and dear friends.

“I am sad to hear of Todd's passing. I have been trying to call him on his cell phone for a month or two about a bankruptcy matter for which I need his help. (Note: his voicemail is full). I just decided to "google" him to get his office number and this obituary was the first thing that came up. I knew Todd for over 20 years and always enjoyed talking with him to get his insightful ideas about bankruptcy and related matters. He had a great sense of humor and was a real mensch. I will miss him.”
