He is survived by: his wife Muzette Fultz; his children, Kilyonna Johnson, Lucy Johnson, Romeo Johnson, Odell Johnson, Adell Johnson and Rosetta Johnson; and his siblings, Vernon Fultz, Kenneth Fultz, Janet Scandrick and Karen Fultz-Robinson (Makeith). He is also survived by grandchildren; one great-grandson.
