She was predeceased by: her parents, Humphrey Brown and Laura Brown; and her spouse Cyrel Brooks. She is survived by: her daughters, Sonya Brooks and Tasha Brooks; and her grandsons, Brad Thompson and Ricky O'Steen II. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
