She was predeceased by: her parents, Roosevelt May and Pauline Williams-May; and her siblings, Quentin May, Uriah May, Harlena May, Beulah Britton and Jefferson May.
She is survived by: her children, Nelson Johnson, Nathaniel Johnson, Daniel Johnson (Carolyn) and Jamie Johnson; her siblings, Dorothy Jones, Theodore May, Theopolis May and Lisa May; and her close friend Cynthia Ivory. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home (268 North Perry St, Pontiac, MI 48342). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the same location.
