He was predeceased by: his wife Jere Ann; his parents, Roy and Elizabeth; his siblings, Roy Jr., William (Bill), Margaret and Michael (Mike); and his daughter Deborah Ayotte.

He is survived by: his son Jeffrey; his grandchildren, Kenny, Chelsea, Amy, Megan and Steven; and his great grandchildren, Kenny Jr., Trinity and Addison.
