He is survived by: his wife Karen Denise Chappell; his siblings, Clarence Henry Chappell, Michael Anthony Chappell (Tamika) and LaMonica Townsend; his nephews, Christian Quinton and Michael Anthony Chappell, II; his sisters-in-law, Elizabeth Woodward and Janet Hanna; and his siblings' children, Ezra, David, Everlee, Candace Lawler (Sean), Leslie Woodward, Crystal Woodward-Turner (Donald) and Zion Refuge Church.
