She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Fowler and Mamie Fowler; and her siblings, Charles Fowler and Churley Moore. She is survived by: her son Andre Fowler (Melinda); her grandchildren, Amir Fowler and Mia Black; her sister Betty G. Brown; and her nieces and nephews, Mark Byrd (Tova), Janice Rice (Carl), Lisa Minus (Tony), Michelle Hawkins, Marshalynn Odneal (Jack), Karmen Byrd and Carlos Fowler.
