He was predeceased by: his parents, Anderson Manley and Mildred Manley; and his siblings, Doris Robinson and Vincent Manley. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Manley; his children, Louis Manley, Jr. (Beth), Wanda Manley and Vanessa Manley; his grandchildren, Larenta'Harris, SaVonnah Manley, Louis Manley, III (Shamari), Mica Webb and Kara Hill; his great grandchildren, Alonna Hill, Alaina Hill, Tristan Irvin, Israel Pettiford, Justice Manley and Louis Manley, IV; and his brother Bishop Clarence Manley (Judy). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
