She is survived by: her husband Thornton E. "Cordell" Whitley; her children, Troy Lyles (Kimberly), Rina Glover and Cornelius Whitley; and her grandchildren, Jasmine Lyles, Glenda Darden, Jeanette Allen, Anesa Whitley, Aiden Whitley and De'Arius Glover. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home (268 North Perry St, Pontiac, MI 48342). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Hopewell Baptist Church (404 Cesar E Chavez Ave, Pontiac, MI 48342).
