He is survived by: his children, Yolanda Lewis, Perry Lewis and Jerry Lewis; his grandchildren, Brandice Freeman, Porsche'Lewis, Joshua Lewis and Perry Lewis, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Jermaine Griffin, Serenity Vining and Trenton Moya; his sister Jerrye Sturdivant; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Lewis. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
