She was predeceased by: her mother Dolores Watkins; her grandparents, Lillian Johns and Cornelius Watkins; her aunt Majorie Simmons; her uncle Walter Johns; her siblings, Nathaniel Watkins, Jr. and Jackie Watkins-Cooper; her nephews, Robert "Twink" Watkins and Joseph Ledwell; and her close friend Robert Rady.
She is survived by: her father Nathaniel Watkins, Sr.; her siblings, Majorie Polk, Gerard Watkins, Sr. (Jamie), Pamela Daniel (Steward), Kimala Perry (Henry) and Stephanie Daniel (Freddie); and her nieces and nephews, Shawnda, Genevieve, Shirikiana, Noreasha, Carrie, Yisha, Delores, Connie, Douglas, Clyde, Mychel, Montell, Nate, Gerard Watkins, Jr. and Thomas. She is also survived by several great-nieces, several great-nephews, cousins and a host of relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Oakland Woods Community Center (420 S Opdyke Rd, Pontiac, MI 48341).
