He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Hartz and Emma Hartz (Pleiness); his spouse Beverly Jean Koehn; and his brother Daniel Hartz (Janet). He is survived by: his children, Bethany, Larry Armstead, Sr., Corinne, Rodney Damm, Michelle and Donald Perdue, Sr.; and his siblings, Donna Wolschlager (Allison), Gerald Hartz (Marsha) and Clifford Hartz. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
