He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Collins and Mary Collins; his wife Sheila M. Ryan; and his brother Richard Collins (Barb). He is survived by: his son Christopher Collins (Erin); his daughter-in-law Jule VanHusan (Charley); his grandchildren, Ryan Collins, Jack Collins, Lauren Collins, Charlotte Eastman and Isaac Eastman; and his siblings, Ruth Mehrtens (Jimmy), Mark Collins (Barb), Mary Doughty and Tom Collins (Cynthia). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Blue Water Hospice Home.
