She was predeceased by: her parents, William Parker and Myra Kearns Parker; her daughter Grace; and her siblings, Erwin, Lowell, Richard and Delores.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph S. Garcia; her nieces, Debbie, Linda and Sue; her sons, Joseph (Linda) and Anthony Garcia (Bonnie); and her cousin Joan. She is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
