Werth; her children, Raylee Kohl (Bill), Shayne Werth (Benita), Susan Eagen (Kevin), Ernest Werth-Toward (Michael), Raymond Werth II (Debbie) and Renee Barr (Daniel); and her grandchildren, Becky Peters (Randy), Dean Lynch Jr. (Carreena), Donna Smith (Mike), Jason Werth (Carrie), Shayna Werth, Kevin Eagen II, Adam Wheeler, Kelsey Warshefski (Jason), Korey Eagen, Raymond Werth III (Amanda), Nathan Barr (Autumn), Aaron Barr (Colleen), Haley Helton (Andy), Delaney Barr, Darian Barr, Michael Toward and Allison Ford (Curtis). She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
