She is survived by: her children, Laticia Tatianna Hernandez, Juan Jose Sembrano and Idalynn "Lindsey" Baugh; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Jared Alexander Lavere, Summer Rain Lavere, Juan Diego Sembrano, Alicia Marie Sembrano, Carla Marie Goulet and D'Angelo Gomez; her great grandchildren, Arianna Lynn VanNorman, Evangelina Celedia, Mitchell, Ayden and River Joseph Tatsak; her siblings, Jesus Hernandez (Mary), Oralia Hernandez, Abraham Hernandez (Linda) and Daniel Hernandez (Donna Lee); her sister-in-law Shelly Hernandez; her niece Amber Worthem (Dionte); and her nephews, Robert Oliver (Brittney), Justin Oliver (Jessica), James Hernandez (Mae), Tyler Hernandez and Pedro "Sam" Hernandez. She is also survived by cousins, and friends.
