He was predeceased by: his wife Marsha Kipp (Woodard); his granddaughter Paige; and his brother James Horn. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Horn (Jodie), Michael Horn (Sheila), Gina Seward (Lewis) and Jason Kipp (Andrea); his grandchildren, Aiden, Emma and Olivia; and his siblings, Kay Durham, Barb Crawford (Rob), Lynne Hall (Fred) and Jack Horn (Lisa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to St. Clair County 4H.
