He was predeceased by: his mother Nancy Anne Losekamp (Schlemmer). He is survived by: his father Bernard Francis Losekamp; his sisters, Mary Kurek, Paula Lyles and Anne Phillips (Dave); his stepdaughter Alexia Duncan (LaMarr); his nieces and nephews, Christina Campbell (Lee), Heather Eberhart (Judd), Nick Kurek, Lindsay Carr (Mark), Jordan Lyles, Joshua Phillips, Emily Phillips and Luke Phillips (Yarelis Ortiz); and his pets, Rondavo, Madikwe and Jodi.
