She was predeceased by: her siblings, Robert and Barbara. She is survived by: her husband Rick Curtis; her son Brian (Nicole) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Danielle (Earl) of Port Huron, Michigan., Chandler, McKayla, Jaxson, Mariah, Clinton, Monroe and Brantley; and her brother David (Rozina).
