Smith (Allison), Kevin Smith (Shiela), Kelli VanSickle (Scott) and Shane Smith (Nicole); her grandchildren, Zachary VanSickle, Jacob VanSickle (Kathryn), Nathan Smith (Sarah), Julia Smith, Abby Smith, Nolan Smith, MacKenzie Smith, Madelyn Smith and Cooper Smith; her great grandchildren, Oliver, Anakin and Clara VanSickle; and her pet Muddy. She is also survived by many sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces and nephews.
