She was predeceased by: her parents, Lieutenant Commander Thomas G. and Estelle D. Deegan (Voetsch); her husband Sargent William H. (Bill); her daughter Michelle; and her siblings, Donna and Tom.
She is survived by: her sons, Lester True and James True (Janet); her nephew Michael Fales (Judy); and her grandchildren, Jonathan Nichols (Dorothy), Addison Nichols (Rachael) of James, W. T, Matthew Gonzales (Nicole) and Jacqueline Johnson (Ryan). She is also survived by 22 great-grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
