He is survived by: his wife Edwina L. "Winnie" Shafer; his children, Karen Tucker and Bill Engmann (Chen); his grandchildren, Katie Cox, Casey Tucker (Lisa) and James Engmann; his great grandchild Morgan Tilley (Justin); and his sister Nancy Ceragiolo.
Memorial contributions may be made to Marysville United Methodist Church or DAV Chapter 12.
