She was predeceased by: her father Ralph. She is survived by: her husband Michael; her children, Michelle Mack (Bill) and Michael R. Sly (Molly); and her grandchildren, Leah Chamberlin (Trevor), Will, Owen Mack, Marian and Mikey Sly. She is also survived by great grandson on the way; and several nieces, nephew and cousins.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project or Shriners Hospitals for children.
