She was predeceased by: her parents, Mack Cureton and Rozana Cureton; her husband William N. Lott; and her daughter Mary Weatherspoon. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa Parker and Laura Lockett (Arthur); her son-in-law Wheatley Weatherspoon; and her nephew Tony Cureton. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
