She was predeceased by: her parents, Alveretta Weymouth and Jay Weymouth Sr.; her sister Dawn Weymouth; her great grandchild Tatum; and her nephew Michael.
She is survived by: her children, Angel Johnston and Jed Steven Johnston (Sarah); her grandchildren, Tamra, Tara, Tyler, Tamika, Tyanna, Ashley, Kayleigh, Madison and Jordan; her great grandchildren, Karsen, Abel, Adrianna, Amelia, Preston, Karter, Braxton, Namiko, Debonaire, Onyx, Anarah, Eden and Emberlynne; her siblings, Diane, Denise, Jay Jr. and Denny; and her nieces and nephews, Shelly, Robbie, Marci, Scott, Lisa, Jameson, Ally, Bruk and Taylor. She is also survived by many great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
