He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Rusch and Loretta Rusch; and his brother Jeffery Rusch. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Rusch; his children, Jennifer Rusch (Herb Stager) and David Rusch II; his grandchildren, Cody, Samantha, Trevor, Tylor, Kaylin, Kylie and David; his great grandchildren, Aubrey, Skyler, Weslynn, Riley, Collins and Walker; and his siblings, Rodney Rusch (JoEllen), Lorena Rusch, Norma Warsalla, Kerry Lepack (Ronald), Norman Rusch and Fredrick Rusch. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
