David Rockwell Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Rockwell (Port Huron, Michigan), born in Saint Clair, Michigan, who passed away on September 3, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father George Rockwell; his son Larry Smith; his parents-in-law, Harriet and James Haslip; his brother-in-law James Haslip Jr. A; and his close friends, Judy Parker, Bonnie Rainwater, Gloria Shurkey and Rick Furtah.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Taughinbaugh (Duane) of North Street, Chase Comstock (Bridget) and David Rockwell Jr. of Fort Meyers, FL; his grandchildren, Demerie Zawicki (Alec) of Ann Arbor, Grant and Rylyn Rockwell of Fort Meyers, FL; his brother Paul Rockwell (Julie) of Fort Gratiot; his sisters-in-law, Chris Haslip of Port Huron and Karen Douglas of Metamora; and his favorite work buddies, Gary Newcomer and Randy Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
