She was predeceased by: her parents, Neil Tongeren and Betty Van Tongeren; and her brother Gregory Van Tongeren. She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Welby; her children, James Welby (Melanie) and Rachel Hayman (Cody); her grandchildren, Harper Hayman, Carter Hayman, Jade Welby, Malachi Welby and Meekah Welby; and her brothers, Dirk Van Tongeren (Ann) and Don Van Tongeren (Mary).
