She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Robert Witherspoon and Alvina Hannah Witherspoon (Pleiness); her husband George J. Olary; and her sister Glenda Hilda Jowett (Witherspoon). She is survived by: her children, James Olary (Bonnie), Brian Olary (Carol) and Laura Olary; her grandchildren, Jennifer (Jeremy), Jessica (Michael), Jaclyn (James), Brian II (Melanie) and Brad; her great grandchildren, Haylee, Reagan, Daniel (Rose), James and Brian III; her great great grandchild Mateo; and her siblings, Larry Owen Witherspoon (Sylvia) and Carol Ann Witherspoon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, December 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jowett Funeral Home and Cremation Service - Port Huron (1634 Lapeer Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jowett Funeral Home (1634 Lapeer Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060).
