He is survived by: his wife Virginia Lee Brungard; his children, Margaret Harrington (William), Robert (Terry), Virginia, Patrick (Daniela), Constance, John, Elizabeth Thomson (Jeffrey) and Edmond III (Nicole); his grandchildren, Clare Jahromi (Kasra), Kathryn Harrington, Martha Harding (Adam), Mary Grace Sillies (Luke), Mary L Mullen, Joseph Mullen (Judine), Edmond Fitzgerald, McCarrick Fitzgerald, Robert Thomson, William Thomson, James Fitzgerald and Elaine Fitzgerald; his sister Margaret Fitzgerald; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Pelletier, Michelle Bentley, Michael, Akira Fitzgerald, Cecilia Bahn, Edward G. Brungard III, Eric Brungard, Susan Weinrich and Daniel Brungard.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Blue Water Hospice, the People's Clinic, or the International Symphony Orchestra.
