She was predeceased by: her father Buster Ben; and her sisters, Betty Moore and Gloria Rae "Cookie" Henry. She is survived by: her sons, Ryan Brown (Dominique) and Sheridan Brown; her grandchildren, Reyelle Brown (Keith), Rieonna Brown, Ryane Brown, Serenity Brown and Issac Ryan Brown; her great grandchildren, Airis Ryan and Keith "KJ" Brown; her husband Michael; her goddaughter Daphne Lyn Noble; her close friends, Rhonda Noble, Jackie Russell, Kay Tilman and Lori "Lil Momma" Malcom; and her siblings, Diana Brabson, Kay Wright, William Miller Jr. (Yvonne), Denise Moore, Reverend Carl Miller Sr. (Deborah), Debra McNair (Thomas), Robert Hall (Clara), Larry Hall, Steven Hall, Herbie Hall (Felicia), Vina Wilson (Wes), Anthony Brown (Sabena), Sandra Brown and Timothy Brown (Latoya). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
