He was predeceased by: his father Eldon Bills-Cousins; his son Floyd Bills Jr. (Lisa); his granddaughters, Bailey and Aia; and his siblings, Eldon, Ace, Charles, Bob Bills, Eleanor and Margaret Bills.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Rae Radatz; his daughter Angela Bills (Dale Nabarrette); and his siblings-in-law, Raydene Mogan (Leonard) and Ron Radatz (Tina). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
