It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick T Mitchell of Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, James A. Mitchell and Marie R. Mitchell-Emery; and his siblings, Edward Mitchell, Thomas Mitchell, Alice Mitchell-Walsh, James P. Mitchell, Martin Mitchell and Dorothy Mitchell.

He is survived by : his wife Katherine E. Mitchell; his children, Karen Lee Holmes-Storey (Eric Storey) and Fred T. Mitchell Jr.; his grandchildren, Nathan Holmes (Andrea Sample), Matthew Holmes (Lisa), Allen Mitchell (Katrina) and Melissa Mitchell; his sister Patricia Mitchell McDaniels; and his great grandchildren, Caiden Holmes, Raegan Holmes, Brayden Mitchell, Easton Mitchell, Ashton Mitchell and Casen Mitchell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
