It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary R Peter of Port Huron, Michigan, who passed away on October 4, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Peter and Elizabeth Peter; his wife Margaret "Juanita" Wells; his daughter Barbara; his son-in-law Rick Hiller; his sister Marcia Peter; and his brothers-in-law, Chris Wells and Seth Hoover.
He is survived by: his daughters, Margaret Rich (Dwayne), Geraldine Rhody (Richard) and Jacqueline Karl (Curtis); his grandchildren, Mehgan Hiller (Saulo), Eric Hiller (Kelsey), Richard Rhody, Cara Schwartz (Robby), Peter Karl (Hanna), Kathleen Karl, Jack Karl, Dwayne Rich Jr. (Jessica) and Cortney Hildebrand (Dustin); his great grandchildren, Savannah Rodriguez, Hudson Karl, Kyson, Derek, Axle Rich, Ethan, Nate and Brooklynn Hildebrand; his sisters, Jane Ginn (Tom) and Ellen Hoover; and his in-laws, Bill Wells (Gail), Kate Settle (Neil), Rob Wells and Marilyn Hiller (Ray).
