He was predeceased by: his father George C. Keerl, Sr.; and his brother Rodney M. Keerl. He is survived by: his mother Arrua Keerl; his wife Catherine; his sons, Robert Keerl and Adam C. Keerl; his grandson Conner Keerl; his sister Joyce Keerl; his nephews, Christopher Pond and Matthew Pond; his sister Linda Keerl; his niece Arrua Keerl; his sister Jeannie; his siblings' children, Elizabeth Craig and Andrew Craig; his brother Michael I. Keerl; and his nephew Christopher Keerl.
