He is survived by: his wife Vicki Burns; his children, Brian Hayes (Angie) and Tina Warner (Rob); his grandchildren, Cory Hayes (Samantha Woods), Joshua Howcroft (Amber Hisscock), Karley Howcroft, Cody Brain, Karlie Brain, Alec Warner (Rebecka Marotta), Codie Warner (John Pary) and Taylor Warner; his siblings-in-law, Dennis Snyder and Sandy Langolf; his close friends, Mike, Monna Selepack and Betty Sweet; and his pet Bo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
