She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter and Pauline; and her brothers, Archie, Phil, Mitch, Hank and Bob.

She is survived by: her husband Marvin Kostanecki; her friend Polish; her children, Kelly (Pat) and Bryan (Eileen); her grandchildren, Hannah (Eric), Patrick (Bryanne), Abigail, Ian, Bethany, Jack, Sam and Erin; her great grandchildren, Liam and Charlotte; her pet Carly; Patrick and Eileen. She is also survived by her brothers, sisters and brothers in law, many cousins, nieces, nephews, godchildren, and friends.
