Iris Elizabeth Tapley Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Iris Elizabeth Tapley of Port Huron, Michigan, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on December 27, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wade Fisher and Lois Fisher (Travis); and her husband Leon Tapley. She is survived by: her children, Karen Villalpando (Leonard), Belinda Evans (Ted), Howard Tapley, Jr. and Brian Tapley (Tracy); her grandchildren, Ellen Skidmore (Jason), Lucas Villalpando, Jess Tapley (Rob Conner), Travis Tapley, Emily Buchler (Sheldon), Hunter Evans and James Kubiac; and her great grandchild Elliott. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

The family prefers memorial contributions be made in iris' name to Memorial Baptist Church for the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering, 12651 Clinton River Road, Sterling Heights, Michigan 48313.
