He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Parker and Cletice Parker. He is survived by: his wife Joan Levitt; his daughters, Cheri Parker, Mary Neitzke (Randy) and Amy Kilbourn; and his close friends, Patty, Sandy and Fred. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
