He is survived by: his father Herbert Stager; his children, Tina Stager-Breismiester (late Dale), Herbert Stager (Jennie), Shanda Smallwood (Phil), Josh Cornwell, Rachelle (Jason), Gentner and Jamie Stager (Dale); his grandchildren, Nathan, Bethany, Cody, Samantha, Trevor, Tylor, Austin, Hailey, Hannah, Charles, Chloe and Aiden; and his siblings, Evelyn Stager-Macpherson (late Tom), Rosemary Stager-Herron, Shirley Redfield (James), Ronald Stager (Pauline), Steven Stager (Synde), Thomas Stager, Janet Smith (Chuck), Cindy Wright (Russ) and Jeffery Stager (Lisa). He is also survived by grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
