He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cunningham and Nancy Cunningham; and his niece Jordan Wheeler. He is survived by: his girlfriend Dorothy Wareham; his son Jason Cunningham; his stepchildren, Preston Zinck and Alaina Kallom; his stepgrandchild Layla Zinck-Starks; his siblings, Christine Karadimas (Michael) and James Cunningham Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Kelly Femminineo (Jacob), Brett Vanderpool (Kacey) and Christopher Cunningham. He is also survived by his family and friends.
