He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Hazzard and Joan Kasemeyer. He is survived by: his sister Samantha Hazzard; his children, Katarena and Auston Alexander; his stepson Landon Clark; his grandchildren, Jordan and Xiylah; his niece Jayleen; his cousins, Jeff Steadman and Matt Merrill (Lisa); his friend Jim "Brewer"; Carolyn Lusky.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Pollock-Randall Funeral Home (912 Lapeer Ave, Port Huron, MI 48060). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Community Baptist Church (1620 Wadhams Rd, Smiths Creek, MI 48074).
