We are sad to announce that, on April 29, 2020, at the age of 63, Jeffrey M. Hart (Port Huron, Michigan), born in Washington, District of Columbia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Brandon Shilling; his sister Barb; and his nephew Jimmy Lessard Jr.. He is survived by: his parents, Mack Hart of Sarnia and Margaret Hart of Port Huron; his grandchildren, Zain and Natayla Shilling; his sisters, Laurie Hart and Kathy Socia; and his nieces, Christina Steinbach (Shawn), Amy Dyer (Chris) and Alexxis Dillard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
